Can I make payments?
First, a $500.00 deposit is required to save your date, this will be also be your first payment.
Payments are then split into installments. Each installment is due the 1st of the month.
Your first installment is your down payment and secures your requested date. If your event is cancelled due to no fault of Chateau, all payments will be retained. The only exception to this is if Chateau is able to book another event and conduct that event. If that is the case, you will receive your refund minus any administrative fees.
The second installment is due 6 months prior to the event.
The third is due 3 months prior and the final payment is due one month prior to the event.
Contract payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. A $500 security deposit is required on a credit card 3 days prior to the event and is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the facility and grounds. You will be billed for any cost of damages incurred above the deposit amount.
What do I need to provide?
You or your vendor will need to provide your own service ware: plates, cups, napkins, serving pieces, etc. BE SURE you ask your vendor if they will provide plates and forks for the cake; if not, you will need to bring these.
You can bring your own decor or use Chateau's.
You are responsible for contracting directly with the vendors. We are not responsible for making any arrangements or contact with your chosen vendors.
